Motivation!

Absolutely! If you're seeking a healthy body and desire to have confidence, it is important to achieve it the correct way! Skipping meals, or eating minimally, are not very good ways to go about accomplishing your body image goals. In fact, utilizing unhealthy methods to accomplish said goals may lead to serious health complications and could possibly leave you feeling worse than you felt before. Please, please, please, take care of yourself and your health. It will require some patience, but the time you spend working to better yourself will be so worth it! The confidence, good health, and sense of true beauty that you will gain are priceless and worth all of the time in the world.
