Work-Out Wednesdays! 1

Every Wednesday is Work-Out Wednesday on the HBC Blog! Each week,  new work out ideas, work out tips, etc. will be posted as part of this series, with today officially being the first of many! Today's WOW feature is a "Burn a quick 100 Calories" workout! Reminder-always drink plenty of water and stretch before, during, and after any workout! Also, don't overwork yourself, only do as much as you can handle.

40 jumping jacks
30 Crunches
20 Squats
10 Pushups

Short and simple! Just doing half of this will burn 50 calories! :)
