Work-Out Wednesdays! 4

Today's workout... arms! There are so many exercises that can be done to improve muscle strength, and muscle endurance, in your arms. Thankfully, a lot can be done using nothing but your own body weight.

15 Pushups (an example of using your own body weight)
10 chair dips
10 inchworm style pushups
15 wall pushups
30 second plank


There are also some you can do with heavier gym machines or the more usually available dumb bells.
Reverse fly
Bicep curls
Cross jabs
Laying triceps extensions

As always, you can comment or contact me if you have questions. These workouts can be fully tailored to you! If you are able to do more, go for it. If you want to start slow, you can absolutely do that, too! Always remember to drink plenty of water and stretch before, during, and after any physical activity. Also, listen to your body! Only do as much as you can handle!
