Today's workout is called the "Starting Ten" workout. I have heard about this one among peers, but didn't know what it was about until I did some research. So, here it is!
10 jumping jacks
10 crunches
9 jumping jacks
9 crunches
8 jumping jacks
8 crunches
7 jumping jacks
7 crunches
6 jumping jacks
6 crunches
5 jumping jacks
5 crunches
4 jumping jacks
4 crunches
3 jumping jacks
3 crunches
2 jumping jacks
2 crunches
1 jumping jack
1 crunch
I really like the idea of counting down from 10 because it is more motivating to know that your have less and less to do each time. This can fully be adjusted to your personal abilities. If you can start at 20, go for it! If you prefer from five, go for that, too! No matter how little, any physical activity is always better than none! Also, always remember to stretch and drink plenty of water, before, during, and after any physical activity! Try this out and let me know how it goes in the comments! :)
