"Their Idea"

In the Healthy, Beautiful, Confident approach, "their idea" of beauty is briefly mentioned. I discovered a video which depicts exactly what I was describing in said section. I have encountered many similar videos while researching for the blog, but none where the person who is being "perfected" is actually moving. It goes to show that even videos can be edited and distorted and masked. The singer looked perfectly fine before the technology washed her true self away. This is what we are watching and encouraging young people to look like... an extremely false reality. Though the woman is singing in a foreign language, the message here is universal. Take a look.
