Work-Out Wednesdays! 2

Todays workout: Legs in a small area.


These are some exercises that you can do when you don't have much room! I like to do these when I have a few extra minutes on my hands because they don't take much time and do not drain all of your energy since they mostly require very little movement. Though you are not moving much, you are getting a great workout without feeling like you are! Here are a few of my go-to leg moves when I'm in a small space.


Wall sits
Calf raises
Lunges
Squats
Jumping jacks


Always remember to stretch and drink plenty of water before, during, and after any physical activity! Also, listen to your body... only do as much as you can handle.
