Now here is a workout I am sure will entice many of you! This week's workout is one pertaining to the abdomen. The following are some abdomen strengthening exercises you can do!
10 Sit ups
10 V ups
10 crunches
10 bicycle crunches
20 reverse crunches
1 minute plank hold
Feel free to tailor the workout to your own specifications, and comment if you have any questions. Always remember to stretch and drink plenty of water before, during, and after any physical activity.
